Our institute developled the Human Rights Impact Assessment Toolkit jointly with  UNDP Mongolia and the National Human Rights Commission of Mongolia. The Toolkit includes a practical guide and resources, HRIA report of the Tavan Tolgoi Coal Mines, and a report on implementation of the HRIA reccommendations.
